Soy Joy
By You | May 31, 2007

I just saw a commercial for this so-called healthy Soy Joy snack bar. Honestly, I have no idea how they get to call things healthy when they’re loaded with sugar. This one’s got two different types of sugar as well as maltodextrin. They describe maltodextrin as a “natural fiber” in the ingredient list. That’s one way of putting it I suppose. A misleading way, but hey, who cares? Certainy not the FDA.
