    Happy Holidays!

    By You | September 17, 2007

It seems the “holiday season” starts earlier and earlier every year. I’m already seeing Christmas lights going up all over the City and it’s not even Halloween yet! Still, with the big three coming up (Christmas/Thanksgiving/Halloween), you can’t start your shopping too early. Whether for decorations, gifts, party supplies, buying online and stocking up early always saves hassles and last minute headaches.

I think this means it’s time for Hey You! Shoppers Rule No. 8: Use the internet for your holiday shopping instead of cramming yourself into box stores with every smelly person on earth. Seriously, you’ll save yourself headaches, gas money, and having to deal with nine million people pushing and shoving. Instead, you can cozy up on the couch with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and click your way to an easy holiday season. It takes a bit more forethought, meaning you can’t do it at the last minute. But I tell you what, you’ll be really happy you did.

If you’re going to do all of this great holiday shopping online, you just must have a source for online coupons! Sites like Coupon Chief will save you a ton of money. Whether at eBags for mom or sister, Best Buy for the husband, or Benefit for yourself (!), you’ll find a coupon code that will save you the bucks. No need to sign up for spam, subscribe to newsletters you never read anyway, or jump through hoops. Just check the coupons as you’re checking out, and you win!
